For lunch, my aunt and uncle took us to a hibachi place. The style is very different than from the US; the US is typically just fancy cooking tricks interdispersed with massive amounts of gluttinous sauce. The restaurant here took a greater pride in the actual cooking. Pictured here is an appetizer-- it's actually mango, not an egg.
